Document management for the Vinnytsia Regional Council
Our company has developed a document management system for the Vinnytsia Regional Council, which is used by deputies during sessions.
Thanks to the developed cabinet of the deputy, deputies can view the draft agendas, read them and the conclusions of the commissions, monitor the projects for which voting is carried out, etc. Deputies work with the system on installed tablets in the session room.
In addition to the cabinet, there is also an accessible section of the site for all Vinnitsa residents, who can also get acquainted with the announced projects by the composition of deputies, factions, standing committees and presidencies.
Additional features: accessibility for people with disabilities, ability to synchronize with the voting system, voting statistics and more.
