The FamilyPet chain approached us with the task of updating their online store. The main goal was to create a convenient catalog for pet owners, automate orders, and maintain SEO positions.

Challenge №1: How to provide a structured showcase for a large assortment?

FamilyPet offers products for dogs, cats, birds, and rodents. It was essential to help customers find what they need quickly.

Solution: we designed a catalog divided by pet type and subcategories. Product cards include photos, descriptions, features, prices, barcodes, and reviews. We also added filters by brand, price, weight, and availability.

Result: users easily navigate the catalog and smoothly proceed to purchase.

Challenge №2: How to reduce routine for administrators?

Daily product updates and order processing consumed a lot of time.

Solution: we created an admin panel with quick actions, order filtering by status, discount and promotion settings, and notifications via Telegram and e-mail.

Result: the team now handles routine tasks much faster, making catalog management simpler.

Challenge №3: How to integrate payments and delivery?

Customers expect simple and transparent conditions.

Solution: we integrated LiqPay for online payments, automatic generation of Nova Poshta waybills, and delivery via Ukrposhta and Rozetka Delivery. Free delivery was also configured above a certain order amount.

Result: the delivery process became faster and clearer, offering customers more flexibility.

Challenge №4: How to unify accounting across different sales channels?

The company operated both offline stores and online sales, so one accounting system was needed.

Solution: we integrated the store with 1C, enabling automatic transfer of orders, updates of prices and stock levels. New products from 1C appear in the catalog as unpublished items for further editing.

Result: all data is centralized, eliminating duplication and errors.

Challenge №5: How to increase customer engagement?

Registration had to provide extra motivation for shopping.

Solution: we implemented an interactive “wheel of fortune” that rewards customers with bonuses upon registration.

Result: registrations increased, strengthening customer loyalty.

Final result:

FamilyPet received an updated online store with a clear catalog, intuitive product cards, convenient filters, automated processes, and 1C integration. It’s a platform that simplifies the team’s work and makes shopping comfortable for clients.
